Mounts character or account based?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't mounts here in NA supposed to be account based? Got a skycycle from lootboxes yesterday, and it's only available for one character. Feels sort of crappy when you have to gamble for them like that.

Or perhaps you can get both character based and account based in Boxes?

    Loot boxes are character based. You only get account versions at higher prices in the Cash Shop if available or through promotions. The Skycycle account versions for example are earned though gifting boxes. At 10 boxes you get the Jetcycle (200$) and 20 Skycycle (400$). The lootbox saying account on it is most likely just a typo.

    Some are character only some are account only some are available as both at different prices
    ATM cycles are (as far as I know) available as account if you give a minimum 10 golden gift boxs otherwise only obtainable as character and sure it currently says that on purchase page

    Recently we are heading to a point that you pay $60K to get a mount, BHS says it has the same cost as a good car irl. And some ppl say wao that is some logic, don't complain :dizzy:

    Unfortunately store in on the hand of BHS/NEXON, EME could do a way better marketing I am sure. But like many stuff BHS does what it wants and EME needs to follow. Gladly they always help us with events they do.

    The point regarding account on the lootbox just says that account versions are also available as part of the golden gift event. It doesn't mean that the lootbox is an account version. Basically, other than Elite scrolls, there are no in-game items that can give you account-wide benefits.

    You know what I really like to see? Remember how we got Elite vouchers due people wanted to buy Elite with EMP so it could be also trade-able, we see away for Account mounts to be trade-able, a voucher or something that you use and it activates after launcher reset and goes to your Item-claim. Wish it can be done O.o

    Yes, I actually thought about that too -- it wasn't possible in the past, but I think now it could be technically possible with the same technique they are using for Elite Vouchers and Kyra's Catalysts. But I also wonder if EME/BHS want to position account-wide items as a benefit for paying customers.

    Long text for loot boxes (or item descriptions in general) typically aren't good since even it is easy to misread, particularly in-game with the small window and clumped text. It should have probably been a shorter statement in a different font (if possible) at the bottom rather than the top. Some of the descriptions even require you to scroll since the window is small, at least in-game. Didn't read it on the website.
