#2: As I mention before, people not willing to take you also doesn't mean they are bullying you. It's their group, and sadly, they get to decide who gets to join. Don't like it? Make your own group, meet similar minded people, and organize your own training run into hard mode dungeons. There are no rules anywhere that says skilled players have to take you and teach you.
#3: Just because they don't want to take you or train you for whatever reason doesn't make them elitist.
Also, If you're having trouble, try posting screenshots of your gear and rolls so we can take a look and see if there's anything wrong with it.
1: There are 2 versions of the Manor and Estate Jewelries, one is -guest, the other -borne. The -borne is of better quality, although they are unique so you can only equip one of the piece: for example, 1 manorborne ring, 1 manorborne earring, 1 estateborne ring, and 1 estateborne earring. Currently you're using the weaker version of the jewelries, so that's one area you can improved on.
2: Rolls on your jewelry. Usually for a DPS, the perfect rolls for jewelries should be 4%hp and 4 Endurance for earrings, rings are 4 power and 4 crit.
3: Necklace roll should be 4 power. And most DPS usually use the Manor version for more crit. Not too sure if gunner is the same, I haven't touch my gunner in the longest time.
4: Your chest roll for knockdown damage should be replaced with reduce damage from enraged monster, this roll helps a lot in instances.
5: Also Carving crystals are kinda pointless once you stack enough crits, at some point you'll want to swap to a pounding crystal.
All of these things are pretty minor and more of a min/max issue (with the exception of your chest roll), so you can slowly work on that. I am assuming you're trying to learn LKHM and RMHM? What server are you on?

A random Gunner POV vid I found for RMHM:
I find it great to study your class POV for specific dungeons, because you can calmly study both the good and the bad moves that person makes, and study the boss's patterns without the stress and panic that comes with actually running the dungeon yourself.
So do both. Run RMNM a couple times, then return to the video for a review study. Find and skim more Gunner videos for the specific dungeon and see if you can't pick up any cool tricks.
1. Try IM hard mode first. You can try SSHM, SCHM, RMNM, and LKHM IM for 1~2 times. These dungeons are not too hard for IM. Don't require +15. Me and my friend brawler, we do IM/ guild run these dungeons almost everyday. +12 is good enough for this.
2. PUG RMHM normally, take 2 healers. So, they want strong +15 dps or revamped +12 archer. Otherwise, it takes longer to clear it. It's not really hard, but Boss HP is just too high and annoying for +12.
3. You can make alt tank/ heal class. People don't kick or ignore +12 heals and tank. We need more tank.
4. Even, I said, +12 is good enough for most of pve. It's true that, there is too much dps diff/ between +12 and +15 weap and glove.
people are very bad at this game and this patch atm you cannot reset instances you are a unknown it is not fun wiping due to one person
its their group do not complain and try to be the victim enough people do that and makes you look like a child
