My Imperator Weapon skills never proc?

Hi everyone,

I just brought my VM7 + 15 weapon yesterday, and tested the weapon with several dungeons, and mobs in open world.
My problem is that the weapon skill:(Blacksmith's Last Mercy) seems never proc since I didn't see any bluish-gray swirl around the monsters.
I could see my Royal Dragon passive proc quite often after each intervals of several mins I assumed.

Is it only me or someone else has this problem?
And it would be greatly helpful if someone could show me the screenshot of the proc of VM7 or VM8 weapon :)

    Well, I check the system log and BLM does trigger and show something like :"You put cold mercy on ... ".
    It is quite rare to see the skill proc like only 1 time per low-bie dungeon compared to 5-10 times of Dragon passive
    The blue swirl spinning around the boss is not very obvious to notice.
    Gonna test more on Bams to see how often it triggers :3

    Just look for the debuff? It's pretty obvious when it happens.

    It is rare, and when it does proc, well, in dungeons the boss is constantly under some effects (usually) so you probably won't notice it. I only notice the debuff when fighting the BAMs on IoD.

    There is a visual effect for it? never saw, but i just look the debuff bar of the boss

    Umm..not sure
    .but you don't really need to care about this tbh..it isn's that important..due the "proc"..and that skill isn't the main point/reason of crafting VM unless it is something that should proc like forceful/glistening crystal when you are attacking from behind. Anyway, good finding.
