High ping archer question
Before asking why I'm playing archer with high ping: archer is the only class I really enjoy and can get used to using other rotations for high ping.
Since Rapid Fire cannot be used, Penetrating Arrow should be used more often, so I added Powerlinked glyph on Breakaway Bolt as suggested by archer guides. Question is, do I need to hit the boss with BB for DPS purpose, or I can just use it in any direction followed by charging PA? I know that using BB without hitting anything still activates the glyph, but main question is whether I would lose DPS significantly.

You already have the idea of "losing DPS significantly", so why not just look at the dmg modifiers and answer it yourself? Walking close to an enemy to hit them with BB requires time if you're not already close enough to land a hit, and time = DPS, so I think the answer is quite clear here.
1. Thunderbolt + cancel + Rapid Fire.
2. RoA + Flame
3. Radiant arrow + cancel + rapid fire.
4. PA + Cancel for when another skills are in CD.
5. Try to attack from 8~10m directly behind of the boss all the time.
6. Try to stay with another range class. So, healer can see you. And, don't run away from healer.
7. You can use backstep while charging skill. But, you can't use BB while charging. BB has some iframe at the beginning.
Evan you have high ping, skill CD is same. I think,you should try to use some combo. You can charge PA faster with some glyph combo, but PA's Crit chance/ crit damage is much lower than Thunderbolt, Radiant arrow and RoA.
