    They still haven't fixed the storyline and chats with npc's for newer players.

    Since everyone starts now with the Anya storyline instead of the Island of Dawn, when you first head toward Velika HQ and talk to the npcs there they still talk to you as if you were the hero of the Island of Dawn and thus have made your way through that storyline instead of Anya and the argons.

    Uhm,you do realize that there's a reason they talk about IoD instead?
    Like you say they havent fixed it but instead you just showed how you didnt follow the storyline.
    As you're leaving Stepstone Island they tell you everything should remain a secret and they give you documents of IoD as if you were never on Stepstone to begin with.

    The staff in charge of the main story and such left BHS shortly after the Argon Queen expansion, that is why the entire story of North Arun and all the blood magic garbage sucks.

    It does account for some of the references to the IoD but not all. The "Visions of Destiny" quest in Blessing Basin has the player read cenotaphs, magical relics that think the player defeated Karascha on the Island of Dawn. This fight is also referenced by Karascha when the player encounters him in Akasha's Hideout.

    Elleon was always deeply connected to the Valkyon Federation, from the glorious times of the Exiled Realm of Arborea. Hence a hero of all, that chapter ends with the closing of the Argon war and the coming times of the Alliance.

    He would not fit well with a forced siding to any Alliance branch. He has a fit closing to his story arch, he quietly fades away..., with a dear friend by his side, Jelena.

    You just need to view his story in a slightly romantic way and let him live eternal as a faded great hero and the page turns to the Alliance times.
