UI position reverts back to previous position after relogging

I tried to reposition my UI to a new look
Repositioned it for the toon, but
When i relog, the UI positions revert back to the previous settings
This happens when i restart the client as well.

. What happened: New UI position will not set.
. Date and time bug was witnessed: Since Fang and Feather update.
. Reproduction steps: Move UI in a different position, then relog to see UI position revert back to old position.

    Other players have reported this issue. They were able to resolve it by resetting the ui and then moving things around.

    My wife took the same problem, and by the GM's @CobaltDragon intructions she solved it:
    To resolve this issue, I believe you need to manually clear the saved User Interface information that the server is holding onto for your Account.

    You can do this by going into your UI Settings menu and clicking 3 buttons :

    Reset UI Positions

    Reset UI Scale

    and Reset all ( found at the bottom of the window )

    Once those 3 buttons have been clicked, you'll have to set your windows back to what you had them set to, but now the changes should be saved.

    ( Also, something to keep in mind is to not overlap any windows and also keep windows slightly away from the 4 edges of the screen. )

    Also, remember that after you reset everything, exit game and launcher, and reopen.

    @Spacecats @Denommenator I think this can be a FAQ or a fixed topic as it is a "workaround of a known problem that we cannot solve right now".
