Are guild quests the only way to level a guild?
I just started one and it already has 45 guild xp, but I haven't done any quests yet.
What can I do to level it besides guild quests, which apparently require level 65?

Yes
No, reaching 20 and every 5 levels after grant experience to the guild.5

Yes
It would be more efficient to get to 65 and complete easy dungeons.
What is the amt of exp given for this? @20 and each +5 ?
The level they reach is the amount gained.
Actually, no it's not if you know how to level efficiently. I leveled my guild several times at 100+ in one day, and another guild on TR did the same, although they did something else that takes even more time, their guild just has more people so they leveled more.
lv20 = 20 exp
lv25 = 25 exp etc.
leveling a character from 1-65 while in the guild gives a total of 425 guild exp, which is half a guild level even at lv100+
hope this helped
