keep getting " not responding "

hello

just downloaded the game and tried playing it, after a few mins of playing i get " not responding " after waiting a few mins, the game is back again, then again it goes not responding, it goes on and on like this

btw im from the Philippines, is there a fix for this?

    If you are using the Streaming game installer (HappyCloud) this can happen as the game tries to download models and outfits that aren't included in the minimal download. For the best experience, I recommend allowing the game to fully finish downloading first.

    i used the "direct download" waited for like a day and a few hrs for it to finish download.. what can i do to fix this ?
