    I'm trying to launch the game, launcher comes up and prompts the enter password, i do so then it flashes, clears the account and password field, and a message at the top says "User Identification is unavailable at this time" I have tried refilling the fields, restarting launcher, and restarting launcher as admin, no change.

    yes servers are up anyone who was in-game have no issue its those you crashed or logged out are the ones who cant get back in myself i looged out to go to a alt account and cant get logged back in they are working on it hopefully will have it fixed soon.

    it would seem the User Identification thread has lost its focus. As for whether on not there is staff on the weekend who knows, i heard one or two people are there but considering what happened last thanksgiving Im gonna bet this wont be taken care of till tomorrow. Hopefully Im wrong about that though.
