The correct way to contac support throught ticket method.
I send a ticket but I was wondering if I did it the right way.
"Issue Topic: TERA: I have an issue in game. > I have an issue with an item or items. > My item issue is not listed here."
That's the steps i follow and the description of the ticket is as follows:
"I had 2 Hello Kitty Elin Smartboxes on my account that I never opened not trade them and not discarded them.
However when I was looking for them on my bank, inventory and wardrobe there are nowhere to be found.
I want them back because I spend $200 to get them from loot boxes and I don't want to think Eme don't care about customers who actually spend real money in this game.
You can search throught my toons, below I made a list of their names.

I would apreciate if You can help me to recover those 2 smart boxes.

It's possible that the item was still in item claim and had a time limit, or it's possible that the smartboxes were inadvertently removed by BHS in a subsequent game update. Besides that, I hope that they can actually see it or find it somehow, because in this sort of situation it'd be impossible to just take your word for it, or else everyone could just claim they won all sorts of rares and they've "disappeared". So hopefully there actually is a trace.
I think they could trace it already, I put them several times at broker for +900k gold and never sold them.
I already had them on my inventory, I won 3 smartboxes one I use it for one of my toons the other 2 just vanished.
I don't want to make a fuzz of it in forums but if they don't give them back for me to use them the way I wanted then simply I won't say it on forums.
Based off what you just told me...are you sure you did not put them on the Trade Broker then went away from the game? If so they would've been sent to you by mail which automatically gets deleted. That is what I am guessing happened. Either way good luck in getting this handled.
Those could be the things that had happened.
But it would be sad that a customer would lose $200 for the items he already paid and for no reason they just removed from your inventory.
But leaving things on the broker, them expiring, then going to your mail, and then expiring after 30 days... that is possible, and is the current behavior of the game, regrettably.
This makes more sense.
I dont' remember the exact date I put them on broker last time, so it would be posible that they stayed for more than 30 days at mail.
It would be really sad if that was what happened, I wanted to give them to a friend but well... I don't play anymore and have less and less reasons to comeback, the items from my inventory was the only reason because I wanted to make gifts but if I can't there's no more reason for me to be here.
The items were deleted by the mail system and I got them back today.

I got an answer in a week.
I gave enought feedback for them to work on my issue.
I think pp who don't get what they need via support is because some info is lacking and this is the most important thing for supporters to attend tickets faster.
I only sent mine in on New Years Eve. I bought the wrong items using IoD tokens and I want my tokens back so I can buy the right ones..

Supercede tokens?
Really, I will say that I doubt you get them back for something you can get free in-game, also you spend them and for that you need to select the items and then confirm that you want to trade them.
Intercede tokens. I've made the same mistake before and I've gotten my stuff back.
Then EME already listen to players.
I don't know why pp say awful things of them when they actually do what mus be done.
BHS =/= EME
BHS only listen to Koreans because they make more profit there than the rest of the world.

Complaints are mostly that their issues aren't resolved within 5 minutes, and act like other publishers respond quickly, when in reality, waiting multiple days is normal even from giant publishers, or even other companies, that will make you wait longer just because they can.
