    2017 .
  • It's the original launch trailer. I would bet that this is fake, made by somebody trolling.
  • I wish if this is true it were vanilla tera... that would be fantastic! but if you check the channel is obviously fake.
  • Yea because we're in Shandra Manaya patch right?
Also how the hell would that even work with so many skills and chatting on consoles without voice is practically impossible.

Even if they managed to solve issues above, the PC population is way too low already, imagine how the console population will be.
Console gaming population is much much much lower than PC in general and I doubt more than few thousand players would play TERA on console.

I want to believe that TERA will be released on PS4

That would be the case if TERA population grow bigger each passing year but is the other way.

TERA on console is something we never will see.

Consoles are fairly competitive in the United States. For a while they were generally ahead. Tera wouldn't even be the first MMORPG to have a version on console either.

  • Playstation UK account that is not verified.

It has uploaded that single video.

    Fake.
  • Fake video, but I could see the rumored MMO BHS and EME are bringing to console being tera. It has action combat, which would appeal to console players more than most tab-target, is pretty, is free, could be optimized if they gave a damn. It could work. Not holding my breath.

Honestly, I'd look forward to it coming to console now that I think about it. My only concern is how uninterested the western console audience would be with being stuck playing a loli just to access a class. Best solution would be to have the game launch as vanilla, then work up from there to the point before Reaper launched, or make Reaper available for all the races/genders or you're going to lose a LOT of customers. Also, keep the difficulty up there; no avatar weapons or dungeon nerfs. Of course TERA has never been on par with Dark Soul's difficulty, but it could try to give it a run for its money. Also, launch as buy to play; nobody wants to put up with bullspit micro-transactions when XBOX One and PS4 already have their own stupid online service that has to be paid for as if people didn't shell out enough money for the damn consoles. It's okay to sell cosmetics, but sell them as DLC that's account bound, not just bound to one character; quick way to lose potential customers.
  • That's the old dungeon assault promo video LOL
"Rule a province" - Vanarch times many years ago
Shandra manaya in the video was part of the teaser for MCHM.

incredibly old video just with a PS4 thing added to the very end..
  • Ther was a poll asking players if they wanted tera on ther consoles around the ninja patch but ther was to little interest for them to actually work on this project.
Im not sure but it might have been part of that poll.

Well, asking existing PC players whether they have an interest in TERA on consoles isn't going to be hitting the primary demographic anyway. If they do this project, it would be to try to attract a different audience who can't/won't play the game on PC, following in the footsteps of some other MMOs who did the same (FFXIV, ESO, etc.). If the project comes to fruition, it'll be interesting if they end up on the same servers or all stovepiped by device type.
