Good class for a beginner?

Hi , just i downloaded the game and i need a good class usually i play solo so i need good solo class and not hard xd

all classes can be easy if you know what you are doing and have common sense (excluding classes that require a huge amount of skills in their rotation to play at optimum)

All classes will be hard if you face tank.

For soloing, Mystic. Still has decent damage, and you'll never die. Otherwise, there isn't an easy class due to Tera's combat.

I have one of each class. IMO the best class for a beginner to TERA is the Gunner. The class has good defense/offense and skill rotations are easy to master.

Don't go gunner. Even if its easy u feel feel

at end game, because nobody want to play with gunners. They are just low tier dps clss. Try ninja or Sorcerer

Hey, check your ping too. You'll regret it later on if you have high ping and picked a class that is ping reliant

In my honest opinion the easiest class for a beginner to action combat MMORPGs would be the Gunner. It's DPS potential at end-game is sort of lacking at the moment though, admittedly. If you intend to minmax and this is a serious concern for you, try the Archer. Definitely harder to pick up and play but extremely high DPS potential.

if u wanna actually play the game and learn, just start with one that looks like it would suit your style of play: tanking, dps'ing, healing whatever. Obviously tanking and healing will require more game sense and complexity comes along with it. However players that fully master their DPS class are very valuable to the group as well. If you want to play care-free and casually, just play ninja or reaper. They're easy to play and most people will agree that their overpowered for new players to get into the game quickly.

Archer is 10 times easier than Gunner in terms of real min-max rotation. (Where part of Gunner's DPS come from selfdestruct HB reset micromanage). Sure gunner is slightly tankier and has innate regen, but seriously most gunners I see today only utilise 30% of their class's true potential.

Only thing Archer should be worried about is knowing when to let go if a dodge is needed and remembering your arrow resets. And that high ping means no rapid fire.

Pick lancer or any other tank class. Learn all dungeons on your tank and become familiar with boss attacks. Then pick any DPS of your choice and everything will seem sooo easy.

easiest class is brawler, you can facetank anything and everything, combat is fluid and easy and ping makes no difference to you
