Federation bills
not that it's essential part of game, but is daily login canceled? seems like many people didn't get their federation bills and i didn't see any announcemet about them being removed.

EDIT: Oh yeah, remember that it's not sent on 4pm exactly, it takes about 5 min before you actually receive it from the moment you log in

Well, from all the evidence we've gathered so far, the delivery for 2016-12-31 (based on UTC time, so starting last night at 4pm PST) wasn't sent on any server except FF. Normally it takes 2 minutes after you enter the server on a character to receive the bills, but the event does not seem to be enabled at this time on the other servers. But if you're on FF, there's no change and it's still working as usual.
We should know in a little over two hours if the delivery for 2017-01-01 (UTC) will work again on the affected servers.

hmm, I do believe so, gotta say I remember funky things, but I do agree I can't recall that. :O I do remember it been dropping by WHHM era since I was making a special to log daily to get them. but beside that, I admit I can't remember before
Usually they would arrive in 5 mins after logging in (unless I stayed online before 4PM PST), but I just never got them at all. Since I'm a bit busy with other stuff, I just log in to claim elite item and fed bills. No matter how long I wait, they never arrive.

I just gather fed bills in case I want something like shape changers and stuff;

@Spacecats @Noesis @Malrok @Denommenator It seems that the time date is screwed up, rewards and system achievements just come in normally, they are not time and date based. I am almost certain this is the issue and I didn't get Federation Bills for two days now. Server character is on: Ascension Valley, I also haven't played on my priest (Tempest Reach) to verify. But please check into this, since it's time/date related.
Everyone else on the player council who might be able to get attention of staff, please do.
Normally I receive Federation Bills at 1:00 - 1:10am GMT (5:00 - 5:10pm PST)
My comment just recently posted, tells me that either FF isn't affected by the wrong date/time or there is something else weird going on with aforementioned servers, AV, TR, CH, MT.
