Santa's broken

Today i've been trying to do the santa event and no matter which zone i am in they drop nothing for any of my characters. I see others getting drops. Is something broken?

    Are you in a party? Being in a party can cause issues, especially when someone is offline or in some instance/other zone.

    you would have thought i would have learned this by now ... :dizzy: thanks for the help.. i had one toon out of 6 that was working.. then i read this response.. thanks again..
