Being Overwhelmed

So, I have about 10 characters, 6 of which are max leveled and still in schisma/dreadnought gear. I want to catch a lot of these characters up to my gunner who is working on full guile since she's in full Lucid gear. But I simply lack the motivation because it's so overwhelming. Would it be worth it to gear these characters?

    Go as far as Slaughter if you want, but don't try to gear everyone with +12 Guile, unless you really want to.

    Just get full Slaughter, then get a Guile weapon and Guile Belt, unless a tank class.

    Full platoon here (40 characters on lvl65). Of course you cant equip everyon in Guile, that's too expensive. Half of them are in free Idoneal, the 16 characters on my main account are in Dreadnaught/Slaughter, which is also still cheap enough (it's mostly time you need to enchant). Only a few selected are in Guile. So just put down a priority list and think how much gold you want to spend.

    If you have the time, sure, why not. I got all my characters in Slaughter, even characters on alt accounts, last patch simply through gear enchanting, meaning it cost me nothing but the time to get the gear and scrolls and spellbinds for masterworking and rolling.
