Is it Possible for a Priest or Mystic...
To survive a warrior and reaper in a 2v1 in equalized gear for 10 minutes straight?
Correct crystals and glyphs of course.
Also assuming they each know what Kaia's, GS, and ToL does.
I remember back then it was incredibly hard to kill a healer in a equalized BG, but now it feels pretty faceroll.

If BOTH sides are pretty bad, it really depends on who derps out first.
This has been the case since old CS times... lol.
Both healers are invincible when on a 1v1 setting granted enemy players don't get extremely lucky with crits, but when it comes to 1v2 it never works out for the 1 in high rating scenarios
I mean, even if the warrior is bad, all they have to do is know what GS/CR is and when to backstab right?
Unless the priest/mystic is BM and jumps to avoid backstab.
Not really... in EQ gear, unless your RNG sucks you will have somewhat enough time to heal up in a 1v1 scenario. In a 2v1 scenario most of the time.
And usually you want to BM KD to survive assuming battleground setting lol. Who cares if it is BM if you can stay alive?
I've seen a warrior 100-0 with one backstab combo in EQ BGs such as Fraywind and CS.
They may have had DG though?
I'd imagine all it takes though is one back stab into reaper's cable while the warrior does Cascade > combo while the Reaper does Smite > combo.
Despite not properly stacking CC timers, whoever is caught in that combo is fooked.
Even monkies could land backstab and I'm sure the same goes for landing cable on a stationary target.
But I really don't recall being able to take down a healer back in 2014 in a 2v1 so easily.
Literally just sneeze on them in a 1v1 with EQ gear currently and they die.
Double Sheer > Pend > Whipsaw > Cable > Soul Reversal > Smite > Death Spiral > Grim > Sundering = ded.
Granted this wasn't possible in 2014 when the stun duration bug was a thing.
But even with taking out the Cable > SR, it hardly did 60% of their health.
It is really up onto the priest/mystic to know how to counter backstep and other catches now, and you can't tank through in EQ setting.
I only played from 2015 slightly before Gunner release, so I don't really know how much more tanky Priest/Mystic is in EQ setting. But from what I know I don't feel any difference in the difficulty since I joined the game with retrospect to skill level.
Expecting to survive 2v1 is an absolute joke. Do you want to win 2v3 and call it balanced or something? Just as DPS classes need you to cleanse them out of stun combos to not get destroyed, so should healers stop expecting to not need help from their team to peel off the enemies on them.
You should depend on your team to peel for you when you are comboed, just as they depend on you for cleanse. It's called balance. And 3v3 is not 2v3.
Thanks for this post.
Was in a debate with someone who thought any healer who got 2v1'd by a Reaper and Warrior and couldn't live was a bad healer.
