    Also there is a simple rule to duels. Anything over the 1 minute cooldown is not allowed with the exception of ralling cry because that skill is just broken.

    PvP is the new life of fey forest and before making the rules the Gm's of this tournament took players opinions into consideration before making the list. M8 most of the skills you've listed aren't exactly BM, some are don't get me wrong, but some are just over powered. For instance, BV which has a ridiculously long CD and a pretty long cast time. Even Divine wrath. It is op but who the hell is just letting that hit them?
    I banned a majority of healing skills so ppl can't just regen from 1% to 50%, so those are a whole different section of their own. But the fact of the matter is most skills aren't really bad mannered to use.

    Btw you can easily land a bv as long as you land a glyphd arc bomb, and bv. Only way out is brooch and POSSIBLY 20% stun reduction(not sure)

    Seriously if you are gonna run a pvp event do it properly all you need is 2 people who know how to pvp to /select player 1 and player 2 to watch their buffs/debuffs.
