Constantly disconnecting

Is anyone else having this problem? It is like every 30 minutes it randomly disconnects me and I know it is not my connection at this point tested other games and they are doing fine but it is constant in Tera nearly impossible to play.

Me and my guild were running LKNM about an hour ago and we were experiencing heavy lag and two of them kept disconnecting. So yes. q___q

You are not the only ones. Pretty much everyone is experiencing extreme lag spikes and disconnects. I myself been using Pingzapper for a while to help with the problem, but unfortunately it doesn't solve it completely.
  • Im actually experiencing too many FPS issues, like in mob phases game literally freezes in SCHM LK and such.
Ran the dungeons billion times before 0 issues, suddenly if we're doing mob phase we gotta hope at least 1 isn't lagging to pass the phase.FPS drop way too much and literally freeze game for like 2-3 seconds.
  • Okay ... weird thing is that I dont have disconnections and lag spikes. The only lag spikes I have is when someone from my household starts streaming and thus loading the bandwidth. As soon as I got the line alone for me, everything's fine.

Some months ago I had heavy problems with disconnections. I ran a traceroute and could identify spikes in Zayo which led to disconnects. The funny thing was that my ISP in germany has set my IP to v6 only; without even noticing me. Without v4, Zayo randomly kicked me out. I just called my ISP and they set it back to v4. So it's worth having a look at your ISP.
