You're wrong and your point isn't even relevant to this conversation. A hypothetcial group's skill level has nothing to do with my main point; as long as they can clear the dungeon and reap the rewards, they are still relevant to this topic. Whether your team's experienced with the dungeon or not, my main point was this: 5 people go in, 5 people clear it together, 1 guy gets a handkerchief (maybe 2 if you're lucky). That's messed up. 4 people walk away wasting their time. Let it drop more feedstock, or some t11 spellbind, or SOMETHING.

I went and did Kalivan's Challenge today to help a friend gear up. When Kalivan died, he exploded with loot like a damn pinata. When I kill nightmare rachelith, her loot's a trickle in comparison. That other guy who suggested loot ideas from other dungeons was spot on. Drop some spellbind in there, and some feedstock, make it worthwhile for the people who don't get anything else.

I will be painfully honest here--the pinata effect is one of the main reasons I play. (That and the combat system and the costume options) When I hit a mob or BAM and they explode with things I find it so satisfying. It's one of the reasons I love hunting events and double drops. If I run a dungeon and get nothing but the Vanguard, it does take some of the joy out of it.

Even if all I get is a few feedstock, alkahest, or a goldfinger or two. Spellbind, noct, they're all good.

Channelworks on triple drop is CRAZY. Has absolutely nothing I need really, but just seeing it all lying there is amazing. :)

I only feel like running RMNM or RMHM during double drop. I've cleared it 30-40 times and I've pretty much walked away with an envy crystal every 3 runs (or even less). (That's normal mode)... The issue is finding a team to run RMHM that can actually clear it. No one wants to get into it because of the lack of rewards so most people settle for running RMNM when they're literally bored to tears. It's frustrating. I was a pvper, moved to PVE and now I have really nothing to do at all that feels rewarding. I hope we can figure something out.

EDIT: I was forced to become a PVE hero because of the lack of PVP content and now I feel like what the heck...

RMHM is basically the same thing with RMNM but with some added stuff, it's still very boring.

Double drop RMHM on the weekends would be amazing. That really makes it worth the grind.

We carry a party for 30 min + and the floormat is the only one who get stuff in the end...

LOL this. Sometimes I can't even be bothered to run anything for "fun" because I know I'll end up trapped and remember at the very last % that I have to share rewards with a few people who didn't exactly pull their weight. RNG hurts. I do love RNG but in an instance like this I just feel deprived. Love this game and the mechanics/combat - just need some incentive.

I would rather they add things that are commonly obtainable elsewhere instead of things like Feedstock/MWA/Ambush Mats. Stuff like Veteran Semis, (Smart) Dyads, T11 Spellbinds, Nocts, or even Bravery/Canephoras.

For VM mats, just 1 more Crystal is enough.

Every update the TOP dungeon (RMHM) could drop...

    - Goldfinger Tokens (guaranteed)

    3-5 per person
Only GG drops these and GG is not worth doing anymore

    - Dyad Structures (guaranteed)

    1-2 to be rolled on

    - Noctenium Infusion Box (guaranteed)

A lot of classes eat through noct pretty fast and the 70 from vg is not enough

    - Feedstock (guaranteed)

    100-150 per person
    Hardest dungeon should be rewarding

    - VM Mat#1 (guaranteed)

2-3 to be rolled on (handkerchief)

    - VM Mat#2 (guaranteed)

2-3 to be rolled on (envy crystal)

    - VM Designs (rare)

randomly distributed from a rare drop

    - Other Designs (rare)

    Etching designs, etc
    randomly destributed

    - Gold (guaranteed)

    500g per person

    - Masterwork Alk Box

    1 per person
    Feedstock drops, so should mwa

    - Treasure Chest

    1 chest per person

The idea of buffing RMHM drops is something that should have been brought up a while back. It's no surprise that these kinds of issues always occur at every patch. I just wish there was a better handle on these types of problems at every patch such as listening to the community quicker and also implementing something rather than just providing us "we will look into it" and then forget about it like a month or two later. We're already about 1/2 way into this one.

If I remember right, long ago BRHM drops were buffed at one point and that was really the best move ever. I think we all would be very happy to receive something like or close to that. But I definitely agree with a lot of the peoples' views so far.

Besides the lady and crystal, other glaring problem are the number of feedstock we receive in each run. Farming IOD and rely on vanguard for rmhm takes a while and not enough. We still need more feedstock supply in dungeons period and the imbalance between them and alkahests are way off atm.

Adding noctenium would also be great because right now there is not an efficient way to farm those except vanguard and HH I think. Knowing that alliance would be removed, I invested into having around 100K noctenium before this patch when it was cheap like 60-70 silver each; thought that would be enough for me at least for the year but surprisingly I have only 25K left lol. All in all hopefully we would see some improvement in the loots for rmhm.

Now I still run rmhm even though I'm done with my gearing my main mostly for my improvement such as high dps runs, fun with guildies or friends, and really the only dungeon I like running that is worthwhile atm. But you know something that is bothersome is that sometimes I feel like I'm working too hard for too little reward. I'm sure others work hard as well (except floor mats :D). A little more feedstock and a boost to the mats would help.

The only time worthwhile rmhm was when we had the double or triple drop rate weekend but most people could not fully take advantage of these events. Why does it always feel like every hard mode dungeon we do at every patch is not rewarding enough? The last time something was worth while was BRHM and DSU season 3 when the rates were boosted.

  • The reason why we had better loot in dungeons back then was because Treeshark was still our producer. He was our savior in times of hardship and need. Look at DS2, BRHM, and SCHM(Prenerf).
  • I'm only running RMHM cause the vanguard it gives, 50x T11.

RMHM itself is gearing dungeon, I don't think it as endgame. We all gear up to run same gearing dungeon over and over, but faster. There is no actual ENDGAME dungeon to utilize your BiS gear. After many years we got HH for BiS gear users, but people requirement is too big.

BHS should introduce new mode on top of Hard Mode where minimal entry requirement is BiS gear. From there you should get good rewards.
  • EME had problem with overbuffing DS drop that it greatly affect the market back then, so it's better if they take it carefully this time.
Problem with overbuffing endgame content to actually match their difficulties is that, once you get the hang of it you can farm it as much as you can, while the rest of the population fall more and more behind if they can't farm that dungeon.

This happened when DS was overly buffed and the top premades can made thousands of wma/feedstock/noc a day and crashed the market for the rest of the players. Many have voiced to change the rewarded wma to special personal wma (untradeable) which can be use for +15 enchanting so it wouldn't affect others, but it was ignored. Probably the reason why we had waves of Mongo which practically broke the market to wipe out the after effect of DS drop buff before the new patch Spellbound (that, or EME staffs just never play the game and thought giving out tens of thousands of feedstock/wma/pa/ea/spellbinds/smartdyad/gold innerwears/.... was a fairly decent reward)

I'm not saying buffing the drop is bad, however since EME was known for always go full extreme because of some forum posts without actually playing the game/asking the expert players or considering the consequence, you need to tread carefully. PC was made for a reason.

When it comes to the market there is no pleasing anyone if prices are too high then there is a problem and when they are too low there is a problem. If a party invests the time to be able to clear the content then they should be able to reap the rewards. its not like rmhm is some exclusive content that a majority of the population cannot access. Its difficult for some and easy for others but EVERYONE should be able to clear it barring any connection issues or bugs, its not like its HH. So if EME does buff the drops and the so called "top premades" farm it to death then so be it as long as when i struggle to complete it with my friends we can see some benefit from it than just going through all that for naught.

    @5H96Y49G6D What?...

Its obvious those who complain now do not clear it enough.
Honestly expect me to believe they cant complete RMHM least 4 times on 4 alts?
15-30m each run plz gtfo git gud get a static/ join guild/ quit puggn asking EME for more handouts

Under no bloody circumstance should this thread even be relevant.
Hanks dropped in PVP events for crying out loud in addition to the PVE events.
I get it though it works cry on forum get free stuff system works >:)

The most obvious glaring issue is when you repeat this activity it has long term negative effects.
It's called not logging on or afkn in HW gg

Then why are you playing an MMO. Go play a single player game like iunno Witcher 3

Response is I feel like playing TERA?

No quicker way to kill a MMORPG than by turning it into a SP game EME...............

Is it really fun doing just 4x rmhm per day for just grinding mats for vm8? Currently, doing rmhm is not that worth much. Some unlukcy people will get nothing from 4x rmhm. We lose more from using noctenium, food and time.

And, about BG event. Did you even get one handkerchief with KS point? And, It seems like you don't have a tank class. Tank class wants to have 4x ambush parts. Not just weapon. They also have some alts for +13 ambush at least.

Sometimes, people can't find a tank for rmhm over 30 min. The reward is kind of lame and first 2 bosses are just boring. No, I think 2 healer party makes the game more boring now.
