Guild Management Explained?
I, along with some friends and family, have returned to the game after being a couple of months away.
I've a few questions about the changes but the ones I can't seem to find an answer to are the Guild Management Questions - particularly Guild Leveling.
1) Can only level 65 members contribute with Guild Quests? If so, lame.
2) How much contribution does character leveling provide?
3) In the Members Tab on the Guild window, ###(###) appears in the Contributes column for each member. What does the numbers in the parenthesis mean?
4) Other than leveling are there any other ways lower level characters can help in Guild Leveling?
5) How does Guild Funds work? Meaning, what's the point to that if you can deposit and withdraw gold from the guild bank?
And finally, as highest level character and Guild Master, what should I be focusing on to help my Guild?
Thanks in advance.

2) They contribute starting lvl20, every 5 level. Yesterday I looked at it and it was 195 contribution points for one step (I think)
3) left side is overall contribution. In the brackets you have the actual/weekly contribution, which is limited to 1000
4) Nope, but given that you can level to 65 with 15h of ingame playtime/some real life days, there's no real need to put up more ways
5) You can distribute the funds as gold, which is proportional to the contribution. However, this is so little gold, it's not worth it. The difference is that you generate funds and can make it into gold. The meaning of funds is rather a currency to cast special skills (look into the guild skills)
6) I take it you're a fresh small guild. Perhaps unlock first tier for crit and power, save points for one guild bank tab. Get to lvl65 and do 3 dungeons per day (they are really easy) to level up the guild.
Levelling characters provide quite a bit. For guild exp, it's the same as their levels when they reach a milestone (every 5 levels starting from 20) and contribution is over 1000 total.
A tip for the GM, if you're not online (or if you expect not to be on some days), make sure you give ranks to other members so they can accept guild quests without you. When our guild was relatively new, our GM hadn't done that and we had to spend a weekend looking at the quests without being able to do anything.
All dungeons are level 65.
Much less compared to 2 years ago, but lol.
Don't think merging some consumables qualify as making it less to learn when the game has multiple different mechanics that you have to learn to differentiate depending on the class you're playing.
