Are ping spikes back for anyone else?

Since yesterday (around 14 hours ago), my ping has gone back to 500-600ms again, and it's constantly spiking since then. It's not staying at the normal amount and time to time going up to 600, but the other way around.
It keeps being 500-600 and goes down to the normal 160 occasionally, for like 2-3 seconds, then goes back to 600.

I'm not complaining yet (because if it's the provider's fault again, which I'm guessing is the case, EME can't do much about it), I'm just trying to let them know, just in case they don't, since I haven't seen any lag complaint threads since Tuesday, even though we do had/have lag.

    The kinda sad thing is you are unlucky in a sense where it is probably the time most people log off.

    It's not spiking only for a few hours though.
    I know of people who have this around peak hours, but I had it twice already in the past months and it was going on for days, one time even for a week, constantly, no matter what time it was.
    (The SS was taken in CET zone btw.)

    Dunno, it's kinda weird. My ping is still the same when I check (and I always check after a hiccup), but sometimes I lag so much I can't even put the right item in the bank, so if it's lag spikes, they don't last.

    I have this issue. might be similar case. I don't know. I think it is the route or something, not the server itself.

    It's really weird, and it happens as if someone turned a switch.
    My ping went back to normal around server reset and been normal till now, but like 10 mins ago it shot up to 700 again and stayed there since, it's barely even spiking anymore, just being stable around 7-800.
    Yesterday it happened around the same time (a bit after 6pm cet), it really seems like someone is causing it on purpose, as if it was timed. :l

    I don't think it's the server, because noone else in my guild is having the same issue, although someone did complain about lag at the exact same time my ping went to hell.

    Edit: It seems to be back to normal for now, hope I'm not jinxing it.

    It happened to me last sunday. But, yesterday, the ping was stable for me.
