Also, people are usually only toxic when there is no punishment. Consider the fact even in the real world, why don't people steal things they want? Well because it's nearly assured they'll be caught and face punishment. Meanwhile, in games people will steal because their peers weren't punished for it. This extends to their behavior, they see a lot of others acting a certain way, facing no punishment, so they see it as it's okay to do it themselves. Any form of lack of enforcement is always seen as "It's okay to do that".

Another thing to consider, crossing a certain line means you are violating some federal, and state laws, and can be punished if you harass the wrong person. Throughout 2016 several gamers have not only been fined, but also sent to prison over their online behavior. Just something else to consider.
dont worry in real life we steal at least something, it is than what we want is too big or too hard, but easy target stay easy target

never heard gamers sent in prison, because what they did ingame

Mostly happens in America, a couple times in Canada, and China. I'm also not sure why you're surprised about the fact a few young nobodies got no news coverage. After all, news is a business; if the story won't generate revenue then it won't be produced. You would have to specifically know of smaller places that cover these stories, or find court documents and any press releases by the police departments to know of them. I only know of these stories since one was posted on the League forums, since political discussion had been allowed there, and I also read a lot of government documents for the US, China, UK, France, and Germany.

the best i see it is they harass someone and since than some people kill themselve because that govermnent take that more seriously, but i dont really put that in video game, it is more a social internet problem

another it is the guy use a video game without the owner permission to made money, so it is more a classic fraud problem :)

Remember the time when some random person used TERA assets to make money in Second Life? not only once, but twice. This person literally ripped the files of monsters, weapons, costumes, races, and started selling them as skins in his Second Life Shop. I actually sent a ticket to EME regarding that. They considered as Art Theft, which is a punishable offense in America. It is been long since this person was already dealt with.
