Lag and High ping after update (Broken Prision)

Good, until then I played with a ping of 150 - 160, after the update of Tuesday, with the update broken prision, my ping went to 200 - 220, what is happening tera staff?

    Despite what eme might think there is still significant amounts of server lag that carried over since the HH patch. I think everyone is just tired of complaining about it. There's nothing worse than watching your raid wipe in HH because of this bs.

    Feels more like a downgrade. It is time for EME to think about getting a new server. The ones they have clearly are not running good anymore. Stop being cheap and get a new server for the sake of everyone, even yours.

    It is if I continue like this, the only thing I see happening is the following, I only regret the EME that has a mine of money in hand, but it does not know how to give the value it deserves, nor the attention.

    Tera server upgrades won't fix DDoS on ISP.

    Thanks for the lack of commitment and the garbage of service provided to the EME player, they lost another one, goodbye TERA, no longer able to play a game where the producer does not give the minimal assistance to their players, being they what keeps the game Because without players you are nothing. And I'm just the first of many who are going to leave, because there are many games on this level and much better maintained than the TERA.

    Yeah I made a thread and gave a bit information, it is way too laggy, I asked specially outside of NA players, unplayable, most friends stopped playing. You can't do anything, 5 to 10 secs delay at times.

    This person's ping most likely increased because something changed on the route, which happens all the time for a large variety of reasons. It almost certainly had nothing to do with the patch, the servers, the game, EME, BHS, the lag issue in HH, the "upgraded" servers, or whatever the hell is happening en route from the middle east.

    This forum's bitterness about multiple unrelated problems is now just trying to take other people down with it when it has nothing at all do with the issue they actually face. Way to go. I suppose that's what people get when they try to ask the forum for technical support.

    Its because we got the Broken PrisonBroken Prison version of Broken Prison instead of actually recieving the Broken Prison version of Broken Prison.

    But jokes aside its okay just expect the servers to be messed up as more and more people remove their elite and servers cant be paid for.

    I suppose part of the issue is people don't want to understand that unless every single person connected faces the issue then it means that it's not a server problem. They could have the most advanced servers in the world, but that will do nothing when the problem starts on the way to the server. If people really don't like the poor connection then they really need to complain to the people that actually can do something about it, since EME isn't one of them. Korea for example has superior internet, other than of course when large attacks gets in the way, because their government was heavily involved in ensuring their nation was able to have high quality connection for both computers and mobile devices. Compare that to the US, or Europe, where neither governments even cared for a long time that ISPs were intentionally throttling connections to force big companies like Netflix to pay them money if Netflix wanted them to stop doing that.

    Then there's the fact attacks on various points has been becoming a standard thing, with many of the culprits generally not even being caught and providers not doing much to help mitigate it since they aren't the ones being yelled at, it's the companies using their service that are.

    In Tempest Reach, ever since Harrowhold came out, there is always big lag spikes if more then one raid going on same time. Everyone always lag same time and people are from all over the world, so I doubt it's routing, unless everyone going through same node before reach TERA. The lag has been so bad recently, it forces us to raid super early or super late + countless wipes cause of lag.

    It's baaaaaaad!

    To be blunt I think those who pay/play forget that this is a f2p game and with that comes massive leeway. Shouldn't be expecting WOW, GW2, or DCUO online service. Well DCUO sucks I hear so w.e. Dis a RNG grindfest Azn game and for those who think this bad KOG says hello and Nexon DFO says An-yeong. Oh and yeah Ragnarok 2 or TOS remember that game any1? Also goes by name Tree Of [filtered].

    So yeah it can be much much MUCH worse.

    Well, I played TERA about 8 months ago, until then I played with a Ping variable from 150 to 170 when it was very high, after upgrading it went to 210 to 230, I checked with over 100 players about it and everyone commented on it Same situation, maybe it is not the EME problem? If not, explain to me how it started to happen after an update? Because on Tuesday before the update the ping was normal, after the update was a piece of crap. Well some will defend the EME as we have already seen, but from what I can see, it's [filtered] behind [filtered] coming with every update, not to mention that nobody solves [filtered] in this game. Now I ask myself, how many people give money to this company? Several and nothing is done, updates that should improve, end up, sinking even more the game, good luck EME losing players, my deep feeling that I want TERA to go bankrupt, due to lack of consideration and competence of the team.
