Mobile Payment for EMP doesnt work?

Anyone else having this issue,the thing just turns red and says "Sorry you cannot make payment from this phone number".How to solve it?

    Not all phone numbers work; it depends on your country and phone provider whether it supports that particular service. If it's something that used to work for you and just suddenly broke, I'd contact support and send them your phone number. But I know that it has never worked for me because my carrier doesn't support it.
