Brutally Hardy Niveot
Reads "Increases damage by 2.4% on knocked down opponents."
A guide on Essential Mana says for lancers to get 3x of these dyads for armor crystals as its good for more dps when bosses are staggered, and when they are staggered, they are considered in a KD state. Such as 2nd boss of RMHM when you have to KD or stagger him, and after you break shields on Vergos in HH.
My question is, do these crystals really work?
Because the crystal reads opponents, when I think opponents, it makes me think of pvp and KD players. If they really do work and apply more damage, well that is failed wording on BHS part then.

Yea these crystals do up your damage on any target, including mobs in PvE. If you don't have access to swiftly armor dyads (which currently only come from events, in the future we can make these with niv structures) they're the best secondary option since Glistening doesn't work from the front and once we get circlets it'll be useless anyways.5

But what I'm asking is do these really work for what they are intended for in the guide ?
The guide is essentially telling you to pick the best from the worst for pve, there isnt that many that benefit classes that attack from the front.
