Does the 2/daily cap mean I can only ENTER twice a day? I've only completed once. I was trying to follow a guide for the achievements here and clicked the teleportal as it says and video shows but it removed me from the dungeon instead. I went back in to try and get back to the point as it showed but it wasn't reset. I reset it and left then tried to do it again for 2nd time but I got message I was maxed out. So entries means just that, "Entries" and not completions? Seems like a load of garbage. I just want to be sure I'm understanding this pile of feces and its not just bugged.

    2 Entries mean that you can "enter" twice.

    I put quotes on enter because entry in instance term means you enter the instance and it counts once you see a message on your screen that tells you have applied a run to the instance. You usually get this once you start running into the instance and triggering mechanics.

    So what I think happen is you accidentally reset your second run once the instance applied to your instance cooldown and you got yourself shut out from the daily cap.

    The seconds time i entered nothing was there and nothing happened. it was the same instance I was previously in. Everything was dead and nothing triggered. i ran though the map to check for something new but nothing was there. So I reset it. Now i can't reenter. If it was my second run wouldn't everything be reset? There should be spawns and events to trigger.

    This same thing happened yesterday. I was sure I understood it but it's not working for me. So far I've only been able to loot it once a day. The first day (4 days ago)I was able to do it 3 times though

    The problem is you didn't complete the first time (you actually have to read what was restored after opening the box and before exiting for it to count), so when you went back in and reset it, the game counted that as your second time in (that you reset). Next time you go in, if it still happens, make sure you go all the way to the last room and read what was restored before leaving or resetting.
