Guild declares war (on your guild?).
And then what happens? Is there any point to doing so? I have been looking at it and wondering what the point of a guild war was against another guild.

Have you not played an actual PvP game before?

Where exactly is the fun of a guild risking bankruptcy? How many small guilds will risk participation? And, isn't a system designed that way destined for failure? LMAO!
There are plenty of ways to have fun. My neighbor's kids are fun to talk to, so is my dog for that matter. Neither one cost my guild anything, lol.
Even a mouse in a maze seeks a reward, or its not going to waste its time running the maze. Common sense. Obviously, 'glory' is NOT its own reward.
I've played plenty of PvP games, and even losing players got something for wasting their time and resources in a game-organized system. Who needs a game organized system otherwise? Two guilds can just meet and fight in a random town, or use CS Raid BG to achieve that same goal.
Yes, Geletron on the Forum Home page. Why don't you go see if you can find him? *yawns*
Yes! Woohoo! *ahem*
