Hi there.
Does liberation scroll reset my soulbind status on underwear?
I'm not sure about this and don't want to spend 30k on useless item.

    No, they only work for +15 gear. I'm pretty sure it says so in the description of the item

    Yes it does. It says that it works with awakened items then is a dot and it says it removes soulbind that's why i wasn't sure. Thanks!

    It only works on +awakened gear. It works only 1 time. If you buy +15 from someone else, then you can't use it for removing soulbind again.
