I don't know what other ppl do but in the last DD event i earn more than 500k gold selling mats. Just en one weekend and doing easy dungeons ar CW, KC and DF.
well you're full of [filtered], but just for the sake of arguing i went and checked the prices of t9 fs on ff, and it's currently around 7.5g each. even if you rounded it up to 8g, you would need 62.5k t9 fs to make 500k gold

no one would be able to farm that much fs in the span of a weekend, regardless of double drop, especially someone that 'ragequit' over a server merge

Those dungeons not only drops fs, genius.

If you dont even know what those dungeons drop better keep quiet.

In those double drops elite got triple, becuase we have double the extra drop.

In 8 hours of gameplay I earned almost 8.5k tier 9 feedstocks, plus cristal boxes, plus colluva ore, semi-enigmatics, plus intricate enigmatic indentification scrolls...

Do you even play this game?

I list for you what i got per run and per toon that I have those days:
    • 36 tier 9 fs per run, I conbined them until tier 11 becuase those sold for 36 gold each one, so that gave me 324 gold
    • 6 intricate enigmatic scrolls and I sold for 45 gold each one, so that granted me 260 gold
    • 200 gold per vanguard
    • 30 tier 9 fs per vanguard, conbinedthem until tier 11 that I sold for 270 gold
    • 140 vangar credits that i used to buy mwa boxes (200 needed) and sold mwa for 15 gold each so i made 168 gold.
    • Since colluva, cristal boxes and ses are random drop I will stick to the one whos values is lower, 3 colluva then crafted 1 ingot and sold at 450 gold.

These things sums 1,672 gold per run, per toon so then this is 1,672 x 8 x 16 = 214,016 gold in 11 hours at most and I'm not counting the criticals when i crafted ingots, not even counting the cristals or prime battle solutions from mwa boxes.

So as you can see those days one person with elite could have done near the million gold.

This patch is ridiculous, playing to get nothing, this is the feeling. Thats why a lot of ppl quited, u can see a lot of ppl playing in events...but when events done, they just stop again. Unfair rewards. I spent 800k trying +15 on my ambush weapon, and still +14 ,keep crashing

Ya im tierd of events being used to fix economy problems you should be getting items from dungeons

Lol I like how you kids are acting people don't spend gold on feedstock and just rely on vanguards to get the feedstock.
Exactly. I always horde feedstock by buying it when there's an event going on where people are undercutting feedstock prices, or when the patch is dying out so not much demand for feedstock. But sometimes I generally buy them out whenever I see double/triple drop event because that means ppl will need to buy feedstock, thus I can sell at a higher rate and make a profit. It just requires the use of your brain, but I guess most people here complaining about feedstock are more brawn to farm feedstock than brains to play broker.

But yeah it's almost as if people thinks feedstock on broker is not a thing. Feedstock is what keeps the market going. If people can effectively farm feedstock at a faster rate, then there will be no point to sell feedstock for good profits to those sellers.

if they didnt do events feed would cost 150g each

Did i say i farm them in 8 hours?

Now you are making false statements.

Broker sell history dont show the names of the character that sold items throught it.

And if simple maths won't make you realiza then I have nothing more to say to you since you are only denying with out arguments.

You said that no one could do 500k on DD event and I with simple maths show you the amount of time and how much you earned throught those days, runing low level dungeons.

Farewell becuase I have no time for your nonsense.

We're planning a dungeon event for this weekend that will help high level players farm feedstock. It won't totally solve the problem, but it will help the immediate shortage. We'll be open to doing more based off the feedback we get from players. Look for an announcement later this week with event details.

    Do another double drop event.

That's not going to do much for feedstock. Ambush mats don't need to be doubled.

Yea they kinda do when you have 5 people rolling on 1 hanki per run.

In most parties 5 people aren't at this point in time, and there's multiple ways around that, you just don't want to. We've also had multiple drop events with one that lasted several days.

Mhm because you know everything; https://forums.enmasse.com/tera/discussion/10613/can-we-talk-about-rmhm-drops/p1

Don't see your point, even in that thread there are people against drop weekends and are asking for other rewards not related to VM materials.
http://tera.enmasse.com/news/posts/ring-in-the-new-year-with-double-dungeon-drops This was a triple drop that occured not long ago, and went from Friday to a Tuesday, more than just a weekend. We also had more before that. If multiple triple drops aren't enough to get you a full set, no amount of drop events will. Many are in full Ambush and aren't rolling on hankers, with others having plenty of hankers and not enough crystals/powders, so they aren't rolling on hankers either.

I suppose you don't play on CH.

    @Spacecats
If you're running a dungeon drop increase this weekend could you increase the feedstock rewards in bgs too?

Not all of us like PvE...
  • @OP PvE is dying? Good joke have you looked at PvP recently.
  • Maybe the boxes that drop from dungeons could stop dropping T9 feedstock lol. I'm clearing HH and getting stacks of one T10 and a massive 2 spellbind. We don't need double mats drops just make the things we can farm useful.

Masterwork, extensive and premium alkahest no longer has any value due to previous events. Spellbinds as well.
Perhaps the next event should do the same with feedstock?
    *chuckle*

Masterwork Alkahest sell at 15 average on broker (some crazy folks sell it for less but that is rare) if you do easy dungeons like CW, KC or DF you will spend less than 40 minutes to get at least 89.6 masterwork alkahest per toon from mwa boxes (about 1,344 gold from those).

Let's say you have 3 toons and spent 2 hours per day that would be 1,344 x 3 x 7 = 28,224 gold per week only for those alks.

I think mwa have good value for those who dont do awakening and want to make extra gold and for those who need them for awakening becuase it is not really expensive to get due other things can be traded also.

Masterwork alkahest had it's price almost reduced by half.
    Extensive? Premium? Spellbind?
Did you notice the price drop after the pitiful events?

I am not denying anything about what you say, only telling you how much you can earn from does doing low tier dungeos for lvl 65 characters.

How ever, you said "Masterwork, extensive and premium alkahest no longer has any value due to previous events. Spellbinds as well."

Mind to elaborate more that statement?

Even if prices has droped the only thing that I have clear is that you are to cash dependent to get gold, that's why you are frutated over the drop of prices from those mats that are most likely to get from rng boxes, but most of those boxes give you spellbinds, so from my stand point spellbinds are more expensive as they should be.

You can get tier spellbinds from doing runs and upgrade to the next tier those that has no more use, so normal spellbinds should be cheaper but users are the ones who decides on market prices, masterwork alks can be obtained from vanguard shops and rng boxes so their price I think is fair, extensive and premium alks has upsides and downsides every week, there has been days when i saw premium alks 60 each, extensive 40 each, but there are some ppl that used the cash shop to get something and want to make fast gold, so they sell those mats for half or less than that.

Events are not the cause of those prices but the ppl who wants fast gold and don't give a dam about fair prices on market.

    Typical MMO logic:
Any player with less than myself is a noob.
Any player with more than myself doesn't have a life.
If a player doesn't require an item, the price is low.
If a player does require an item, the price is high.

Or so it seems from forum threads.

    Merely stating the current prices.
I'm sure players remember the usual prices, from a few months ago.

Have you ever worked as sales man/woman?

If you have then you would know that in real life ppl is that way also.
