    if you do in plain words garbage do you expect positive or negative feed back or criticism? what has the eme team in eme controlled issues done right thus far? and instant response? how about you waiting up to 2+ weeks for a wrong response to a cs ticket, people are utterly fed up of poor service like that and extremely poor planning and communication by the company, there is literally no excuse they can make for that.

    That's because her primary job was communicating and moderating on the forum and gathering/elevating feedback. After the changes at EME, the community team went from 3 community staff mostly focused on TERA, to 1 community staff person mostly focused on TERA (and now a second mostly focused on AVA). One person doing the job of three people means they can't do as much as three individual people used to.
