Hello folks, I played TERA back when it came out for a few months and played on Celestial Hills. Was wondering if the population was still decent, since I like to RP, or if it's fallen off? Getting conflicting stories from google results spanned across the years that I havn't played.

I don't absolutely need an RP server, but I enjoy it. However having the ability to actually do group content is more important to me. I love to play MMOS to play with other people.

    Also curious if the installer is streaming or not. I have a very slow (350kb/s) internet connection and it says it's going to take over 1d 10h to install....I coulda swore it used to be streaming (happy cloud or some such). It actually doesn't even say WHAT it's downloading at, speed wise.
