Launcher not working/high ping

So usually I never post on forums really but my launcher wont load the log in part so I can actually log into tera and the other issue is since the ninja patch I've been getting high as hell ping for no reason 200-400 when I have always had 50 or lower ping, I would say it could be something on my side but I load up other mmo's to see and they are fine 30-40 ping and everything else works fine for me except for tera. Sometimes Tera is ok but every so often since the ninja patch its unplayable. Is this happening to a lot of people or a known thing?

    Its just the afterpatch lag. Give it two weeks and things will go back to normal.

    As you can see from the creation date of the thread, and from the way it gets bumped every couple of days by groups of people sporadically experiencing the same problems at around the same time each afternoon, this is an ongoing issue that crops up whenever it feels like it and then mysteriously vanishes.
