    Maintenance is taking longer than expected, but not by much. The new ETA is 10:30 a.m. PST (30 minutes from now).

    Launcher downloads the patch, installs it, then installs it again and gets stuck on "less than a minute" with the blue bar filled. It never finishes. I'm not the only one this is happening to. Why is it happening and how do I solve it?

    have u instaled the game through Happycloud?

    Not as far as I remember. I did the steps in http://support.enmasse.com/tera/how-do-i-migrate-my-happy-cloud-installation just to be sure anyway.

    I sure don't remember this happening in the past. It also doesn't appear to be downloading anything at all. It downloads it, claims to patch it, then gets stuck with a full blue bar. Nothing happens even after several minutes.
