Uncredited Shandra Manaya
Anyone know where I can report a video on youtube that is using Shandra Manaya without crediting BHS or EME? I'm not sure if those type of threads get deleted or where the proper place in tickets to report such a thing is, but it's DEFINITELY Shandra Manaya as many people have commented and as far as anyone can tell no credits were given anywhere nor was permission asked to use her, so I believe it falls under copyright laws?

Watch about 16 - 25 seconds in, not the still of the unplayed video.
I tried sending in a ticket but I've no idea where on earth which section in there to include it under, issues in game? Report another player? Requires to list the offending player's name and such. So I'm not sure where to officially report this, but it definitely needs to be brought to their attention.
I will find a way. But these are not the only people who've taken assets and used them to make something else... *cough*
Mmm, I only only think of Managing Account>My issue isn't listed here.
Mad props to the song, great band really, but very disappointed in their apparent unauthorized use of copyrighted property. To be fair I really doubt any of the band members have any idea, whoever was in charge of directing that music vid is the one.
True, but copying other mmo's classes is a far cry from directly ripping them, the exact models to a tee. Very valid point however, I concur.
Hope someone from EME will notice it here.
Normally when you get the rights to use an asset, you need to include the name of the asset you borrowed, the company, and the rights year of permitted asset. In online videos, you can find these in descriptions, in the video, or even an exchange by putting an promotion of where this asset came from in the beginning or ending of the video (ie, TERA or BHS). Since that isn't found anywhere in their video or description, it's safe to assume that it is stolen assets.
(Example: When you put "Gaming>Sonic Adventure 2" in your youtube description (you should know what that looks like), you're monetizing both the game and your video. When that's not to be found, your video can be taken down.)
