    I'm wondering about the same, I'm gonna be SO dissapointed if this was a typo of some sort. But from what it seems, this makes the simple dragon effect finally trully farmable in game. (But then at the bottom of the page with the known and not yet fixed buggs, it says that we can no longer bank the dragon books. Rip 'cause my character with most farmed eggs is my priest main, and I wanted this effect on my sorcerer who's my main dps and already has a royal dragon :c!)

    Well, they made reference to "VIP" in the patch notes, which is EU tera's version of elite so...

    Maybe they just posted the EU tera patch notes and EU tera is now getting our dragon scale system.

    We have this system since December as well so no it's not from EU patch notes. Probably a copy paste from KTera patch notes. In any case I don't think they changed how the system works, although it would be great to get a guaranteed dragon after 8 talons. And our Elite is called Tera Club so that is also not from EU patch notes (we don't even have patch notes yet btw :D).

    Instead of a new thread asking if it's true:

    Dragon Scales Shop

    Noesis commented on this and they're looking into it. It appears that there were no potions for sale as well, now the dragon eggs are removed and potions are available for purchase, dragon eggs will return when they have looked into the issue and they have the intended behaviour, basically after 8 Dragon Claws, the egg guarantees you a Riding Skill manual. ( I think that's how it was supposed to be, I'll check the patch notes again, since I cannot remember, lol.)

    well dont spend your scales on the potions erither cause the prices are so ridiculous nobody in their right mind would do it
