Account mount bug?

So yeah, I had an account mount and used it for all of my characters in CH server. Got a ninja and now, surprisingly, my mount isnt appearing on the skill list under Ride. What happened? I want my mount back lol

    did you go to your item claim, then account tab to get it? it doesnt magically appear in your ride skills
