The IVs suck you spend upwards of 14k each to get (in my case I bought 2) and got 2 shiny healer etchings for my DPS characters. As an etcher I would buy a loot box that gave white denrils, titans and chance at a III or IV Perma etching based on box type. Keen, pumped, grounded etc.

    The boxes aren't bought from the EMP store, but sold from HH drops. It honestly won't make any sense to make specific typed boxes due to this reason. But I get where you are coming from as an etcher myself.

    they have these blacksmith additive but no info on them for 100% crit
