Hat of Sweet Dreams and other ex-fed bill items - Will they ever come back?

I was recently looking for the Hat of Sweet Dreams, pictured here

in the fed bill store, but I realized it wasn't there anymore. It was originally a Nexus reward, I think, and was moved to the fed bill store some time in 2014, but it's gone now. Is there any chance of it coming back at some point? I imagine there are also some other similar accessories that "should" be in the fed bill store, but for whatever reason, aren't.

    I can confirm that the hat is indeed gone from the fed bill store. Either someone screwed something up or we're missing some patch notes somewhere.

    More importantly, add Sundowner Beach Hats to the bill shop. All other hats tremble before its majesty.

    we have been asking about that hat for MONTHS and zero response from EME. On the recent fed bills store revamp thread (where Spacecats was asking for ideas to update fed bills store), several people mentioned this hat. Again, NO RESPONSE.

    Maybe he'll talk about the hat THIS time? I mean it isn't the end of the world if the missing fed bill stuff can't be added back in, but if they can't at least say WHY. :c

    Would love a permanent fire halo... EU has a permanent one. Also what about the blue halo? Maybe some "new" older mounts? Can that red raptor be available for purchase?
