My guess is that drop rate is not 100%, but I did LKHM and no fragment drop, before that RMNM and no fragment drops why is drop rate so low and what is the point of having them when you need like a 115 and only 1 entrance per day?

    I know right. People don't even bother with dungeons to get Fragments. People from my PVE guild, who don't like PVP are forced to do PVP BG's, because that way you can get Fragments faster and get Resize Kits.

    Both fragments, retool mats Resize Kits, retool designs and the circlet itself has a chance to drop in the dungeons that also drops circlet fragments. If you want to farm 180 circlet tokens from KS points, go right ahead
