Circlet lifespan

Are we getting new circlets with Lunar Dancer patch? Are we going to have new BiS every 6 months like VM or is it more like brooch or innerwear with a long lifespan? I am trying to figure out if it's better to spend my BG credits on it or save some more for a new one soon.

    I am assuming it is more like a brooch, thats why it is harder to get than VM gear (I mean BiS it)
