Why did you destroy PVP servers?
I know I'm not the only one when I say that open world PVP was a major appealing factor and the reason I downloaded this game in the first place. Now you've effectively ruined it, even though PVE servers already exist for people who want to grind in peace. Could you at least add one more real PVP server like before, then the PVP65 servers can exist for people who want the gimped experience. I can't even comprehend how they could effectively remove world PVP from the game altogether.

mobs like the Deva's in dragonfall or the mugato's in serpent isles who granted huge amounts of exp were in high demand back then and everyone farmed those spots causing competition. This competition made some people get greedy or want to level ahead faster so they pvped or had higher level guildies bar the place up on other channel's say pay this tax to farm here or die. Which is where the reasons for gvg came in.
Which is why and how wars and old hatreds and rivalries started because of competition. . It was a fight for resources, for ones right to level and progress to the next stage of the game sometimes it was something as small as "someone stole my node I needed to get for my crafting profession so I killed them and they got mad so they declared war and sent all their buddies after me."
Because back then crafting professions such as armor crafting and Weaponcrafting had, a point leveling wasn't easy to achieve it took you at least 1 full week or 3 to get. Max level hell sometimes even longer then a month. Today it's easy. you don't have to do questing to get anything of any kind, you don't have to farm mobs except from dungeons crafting is dead and BG rewards are [filtered] over priced.
During the Starfall patch we had the That ain't right quest to farm and compete for. many guilds clashed for that one spot or in some cases multiple channels to make the most money off their dailies from and in turn this sparked many wars arguments and fights. Battle grounds in this patch allowed you to PvP your full way to Starfall and the best gear making it so you didn't really have to touch PvE if you didn't want to but then people complained it's too easy so they fixed it for imperator and overbalanced it in complete favor of PvE. Which is where we have stayed so far.
The reason PvP is dying these days? Is because PvE gives more reward if you were to get ambush through just farming pvp? It would take longer then the normal amount of time it takes to get it from PvE.
Considering its supposed to be one of the msor powerful sets for PvP that to me is stupid. You wanna fix this? Bring back the days of nightforge..You wanna get the best in slot PvP gear? Gotta do both PvE and PvP nott just one or the other..if not this then bring back the ability to completely farm PvP to get the best in slot equips and make their reasons for having PvP gear. Make a whole area like alliance that isn't cu because cu sucks and give us something to compete and fight for till that happens PvP will mostly only be done as a way to show off ones skill and kill those one does not like.

Maybe the fun experience of randomly attacking or being attacked by other people leveling in the same zone as me and the battles that would ensue? Not all of us play just to be PVE farming bots. Open-world PVP obviously has no appeal to you, so why does it bother you that many of us enjoy it a LOT when PVE servers exist?
65s mostly sit in towns, waiting for queues to pop, or teleport directly to dungeons. If they're not teleporting, they're flying. Island of Dawn is one giant safezone, and no one really does gathering quests.
If I wanted to do 1v1 or group PvP in the open world in a polite, consensual way, I could do so on a PvE server using Duel or Deathmatch functions. There's no one to hunt on PvP servers right now, 65 or otherwise.
vo/ amadjuak/ highwatch outskirts/ declare *organized* gvg/ lumbertown and hey like there's any level 65 people flagging people cept in vo/lumbertown/cresentia then pussied out ran to the safezone borderline when it was opwpvp for all level. nothing had ever changed :>
on the other end, instead of spamming eme, i'm not backing them up but it is a fact, bluehole studio ruined the pvp, they removed the epeen ranking making pvp isn't competitive anymore + whatever the [filtered] they should had not removed and on the other end, @Spacecats and eme staffs are pretty ignorant to NA pvp scene, no ladder ranked tournament instead they do a corsair stronghold with bams inside it, then the fun is gone just like that fun for temporary, not whiteknighting them the customer support are horrible too like is there is any other reason to contact them except for race change costumes, i don't know why the [filtered] are the issue options are even there when they couldn't solve it on the other hand and instead spams the same response that they couldn't able to solve the issue over and over again but this is another topic, and i gave up on it so i don't want to speak about that anymore.
back to pvp, rather than spamming eme about how dead pvp is, they aren't able to do anything, they've been forwarding our complaints since it was tonka and the old community managers period up until now and you guys realized it right how bluehole studio never gave a [filtered] about gameforge/teraRU/enmasse/jtera/tera taiwan database. all they care about is their ching chong eyed community. so spam complaints to bluehole studio instead cause they're the one who gave us all the scat quality content.
Yeah it's absurd that PVP is even disabled in the main level 65 zone, they effectively completely removed world PVP from the game. It's like this company only cares about its PVE Korean playerbase, and ignores the fact that western gamers love PVP.
I love Tera's combat system too much to switch to another MMO, I just feel more apprehensive about giving this company anymore money unless they address the concerns of PVPers and add world PVP to the game again.
Once again I'll ask the question, if the playerbase hated open world PVP so much and this change was needed then why did the only PVP server become the most populated one in the first place? Open world PVP is very popular among western gamers.
Since coming back to the game 2 weeks ago i've logged on Mt and Fey daily. Fey forest has more "GvGs", more people in VO dueling, and more overall outlaw action (multiple 20+man raids). The people on fey aren't as elitest or skilled as the best MT players, but they're good enough to have good fights. They are also not all BiS geared, so if you transfer an alt in conflate you're basically as geared as everyone.This means you can jump right into the PvP.
There are 2 large guilds right now that constantly PvP each other ALL DAY I've joined both and seen a gvg score of like 700-500. ACTIVE PVP. I'd love to see a third or forth large active guild. It's what I hoped for when the servers merged but there was 1 mega guild at the start. If you want openworld pvp come to fey forest (with some friends preferably) and make a good guild or join one of the active ones.

That was destroyed, meaning the people who killed lowbies that were constantly in pvp mode if they were outside are gone. So if you wanted quick and fast owpvp that was one of the ways you can go start some drama with people you don't like and don't have to deal with 10 people attacking you for flagging up.
Clearly K-tera has no wish to support it and thanks to Enmass being lazy and want to make everything like K-tera in order to get patchs out faster, the point of playing Tera Online if you enjoyed pvp is now over.
