What are uncommon/rare/legendary mongos dropping?

Hey everyone, I've killed a few uncommon Avians and Mandrakes yesterday and got some catalysts, personal extensive and rare alk and strong bravery and canephora potions; can anyone share what the drops of the other rare/uncommon mongos are? And the drops of the legendary ones? I'd like to create a list of all the loot to understand which mongos are worth the time and which aren't. Thanks to anyone who helps!

NOTE: THIS IS NOT A COMPLAIN POST, if you want to complain about spawn rate, drops, etc, there are other discussions about that. This discussion is just meant to create a list of the possible loot.

    They're dropping motes, and lots of em.

    Common Mongos generally drop motes, but if you are lucky enough, they can drop a single Catalyst, Strong Bravery pots or Strong Canephora pots.

    Uncommon mongos are more rewarding. They will drop loot with every hit you give em, dropping somewhere around 3 to 4 catalyst, Strong Bravery and canephora pots, and Personal Alkahests.

    Rare mongos, if you happen to find one, work the same as uncommon, with every hit they drop loot. They can drop up to 8 catalysts and personal alkahests. I have only found 1 so far and that is what dropped for me.

    I have yet to find mandrakes and the special kitty mongo, so i do not know what those 2 may drop, but i assume it would be the same as uncommon and rare mongo drops.

    superior mangos droops 10 kiras and sometimes strong canemphoras/potions

    The cat is special, im guess droop more kiras ( 15 kiras, like blue boxes )
