So I lucked into a +15 scroll.
I've been farming mongos pretty religiously (~125 catalysts tonight alone), and lucked into a +15 t11 scroll. My question is whether it's worth using the scroll or not.
Some background; I play tera on and off, usually for a few months at a time. I started playing again 5 days ago or so, and my gear is a full set of +12 tier 9.
Should I use it or put it on the broker?

Wouldn't work, though, VM9 being tier 12 and the scroll being for tier 11.
i second this. i would sell it if you are not going to go hardcore into this game.
If it's going down so much that a somewhat casual scrub like me can obtain it, then I'll save the scroll
I read that VM9 was Tier 11, not Tier 12.
According to the guy over at Dako's Tera Blog (http://dakotera.tumblr.com/), VM9 is gonna be T12 ;o
From what I'm seen, once VM9 (tier 12) is released, all VM8 (Ambush/Tier 11) materials will come from DFHM and TSNM, since SS, LK, and RM are all being removed.
So yes, it should be quite easy to obtain then.
Must have changed recently then. Because from what I read it was still gonna be T11, just stronger then ambush obviously.
