  • What is with people bringing up RL politics on a MMO forum?

What is with people (Especially LesbianVi) being really freaking rude when a point is proven?

What is with people [filtered] about EU times not being supported for a simple 2 week event on NA servers meant for people in NA, Canada, Australia, Mexico, and Brazil? Despite their time differences as well, most of them do make the events.

And apparently since people like being rude, and [filtered] about EU times not being supported on NA servers, and the servers are meant for the countries I already mentioned... I am asking @Spacecats to please lock this thread, this thread has no constructive criticism and is full of rudeness and bashing instead.

So @Spacecats, please take a look and close this thread.

I think the mongo event during weekends could be done for all:
    Saturday - Sunday: 8am PST - 3pm PST / 5pm CET - 12am CET
On weekdays it might be trickier with people working, etc. Right now, if I remember correctly it's 3pm PST - 10pm PST. Which comes down to EU timezones as 12am CET - 7am CET.
  • In general , they need to change Mongo time, it is really unfair ...

Go back to EU and quit slowing down my runs with your crap ping.

Also, no one now or even back then took player council seriously and again I'll say it is that really a job?

problem is we with bad pings are carrying you floormats, dear.

@Yamazuki he asked about another time slot, you all started to BS EU players and keep bsing, don't talk me insulting. Also dear you are toxic, everyone knows and you are getting away with it.

On all the logic I see from you and your kind, it makes me wonder why you all are playing a Korean MMO. That is against the nature of your behavior and culture. Leave the game immediately.

Which point is given? and I get rude when I see rude/brainless towards players which contributed to the game, some even more than those here are being rude towards them. They behave, I start to behave. I never went this on a thread but on this case I won't back off.

Woah, rude. Instead of complaining or whining about it, I'm thinking of something that may or may not be done by EME. Maybe they will change the times that they think is more appropriate for all or they won't. Instead of telling me to go back to EU and insulting me, why not act like an adult for once in your life?

Honestly, they could've just started it at 12PM (midday). Then EU and NA would both be able to participate in the event.

Because this Mongo event is set up to support Kyra's Potion Shack, we wanted to run Mongos for a limited window. 3 p.m. PST is 11 p.m. GMT, so players in EU with more or less typical daily scheduled should still be able to catch the beginning of it. There are quite a few regions to consider for TERA, but of course we are the North American publisher, so we will always lean towards times that favor NA players.

In the case of additional time windows, we tried that last Mongo (Neon) and still got a variety of complaints. So in other words the time slot thing is a bit of a balancing act and we want to see how this one goes before making more decisions. We want to go with a method that benefits as many players as possible without running the event 24/7 (which would be OP).

Protip: Use CET for PST conversion instead of GMT, less of an headache. Source: Me (I have a thing for timezones and time differences)
