Can't use Kyra's Catalysts

I can't use any of my Kyra's Catalyst, it says "You can't use it now. Please try again later." I already did re-log the client, also I did put it on my bank and open it with my other character, still I can't use it. It's flooding my inventory now! And YES I'm ticking the checkbox!

    Having the same problem as many others after claiming a catalyst during a lag spike from legendary mongo death :c

    Yeah same thing, it was started when I claimed a reward from legendary mongo, I hope they can fix it ASAP!

    It's been 24 hours but still no reply from eme stuff, I'm very disappointed. My inventory is full of kyra's catalyst, I'm sooooo helpless here!

    I sent a ticket yesterday, and still they don't have replies. Feels bad man.
