I do not have characters the game delete them

Please with all due respect you can tell me why my character was deleted I was in a dungeon and out of nowhere the server me boto and when I go back I was not at all my character disappeared.

    It's possible you might of just accidentally chosen the wrong server. Are you able to provide screenshots of the server selection screen and your character selection screen that you mostly play on?
