Took a while because I woke up in the middle of night as my phone went nuts with notifications from discord. People requested, so here it is.

HH reopens as 20 man

dual option system will be implemented

DFHM and TSNM will be replaced by BRHM and AIHM

P.S. I personally love BRHM and AIHM, as I've IMS those non-stop while they lasted. good to see them coming back.

    DFHM and TSNM being replaced by BRHM and AIHM is some of the best news i've ever heard, hallelujah! now all they gotta do is bring back rift's edge and ravenous gorge for awhile too and i'll be a happy camper.

  • Hm I dont know how i feel about it being 20 man to be honest. It's a load of fun being 30 man, maybe its just catered to ktera population.

    Actually there was a lot of feedback from NA too about this. A lot of players had trouble getting 30 people online long enough to clear. Some servers just don't have a large end game population to pull from

    Honestly, I think it caters more to NA population this way. The fact that it's really hard on NA servers to form 30-person raids has been a constant point of feedback ever since this came out, and I know I and other people raised a number of times that it'd probably be more feasible for NA server structure if it were 20-person rather than 30. 30-person is fun if you can get the group, but in addition to being a struggle for smaller/less active servers, it may be that such a large player count contributes to some of the lag issues we see in that content. 20-person also has a precedent going back to the early days of TERA as well.

    I don't know if this also reflects feedback from K-TERA, but it does reflect feedback I've seen here, anyway.

    Removing 10 players, along with the buff HH is getting, they might as well remove HH entirely from NA then.

    That may be true, but I feel having dungeons for a larger raid size fosters more cooperation between groups and guilds. I think diversity is a good thing rather than altering dungeons that players are already used to. Imagine raid leaders having to cut 10 people now from their semi static groups. Instead of changing this, I believe revamping kn 20 man would be a viable option for smaller raid groups.

    At least from my server, players are having trouble finding a raid because theyre all full rather than not being able to find 20 people. Downsizing raid size I believe doesn't solve the problem at all. It's more of an issue of raid hosts, there will be a shortage in any situation as there will be leftovers.
