mongo trollers should get banned!

in AV there are many trollers everyday during Mongo Event which POI fake infos and SPAMM on purpose.which wastes our time and confuses a lot of ppl.
and they do it everyday. they also spamm different places when we're all in same place to get the crowd dispersed.
it was hard enough to make ppl stay all in same place and waiting for more ppl coming and then starting to kill. but those ppls instead of cooperate with all they try to ruin our preciable event acting like that and killing the bams before ppl comes, and the worst. killing the bams themselfs and not making any POI or telling any1. just to get the reward themself.
in my opinion they deserve getting Banned for it. (at least temporal bans)

    Sadly, it's against the forum rules to make call outs, this includes mentioning guild names. This could cause unfair judgement for players in the guilds you mentioned who didn't participate in the event. The could lead to them getting pressured/judged from what you expressed in your post, as well. For your problem, this is a common occurrence in a community, either being online or offline, and there isn't much you or En Masse can do about your situation. As long as it doesn't cause player harm, exploiting or anything that would go against the ToS, they can't be "temporarily banned". It would be ruled as unfair on their case.

    All you can do as a player is block these players you believe are bothering you while participating in this event or offering a suggestion to tone down their disruptive behavior. If you do feel it goes against the ToS, you can report the player by contacting customer support with a screenshot and some brief details on how their actions are disrupting the community.

    Oh, I also forgot to mention that using all caps either in a title or your discussion's post is also against the forums rules. These errors should be fixed so you don't run into any trouble.

    if it were possible to have GMs mute the players intentionally griefing the event. that would be nice but that would require a lot of work.

    best thing we can do is block them in chat and advice everyone in the raid groups to do so as well to help avoid the confusion.
