The writing was hysterical. I loved Peanut's lines so much--and I had plenty of time to read them as I floormatted almost the whole time. (Couldn't see puddles until they had already killed me) but still had a lot of fun.

I have to agree that the surprise event was awesome. The server messages got me extremely excited and the whole time I was running around on a well geared character getting smashed by the bigger type mongos. There were so many bosses that it was impossible to kill one or two without coordinating with everyone and you threw in some small one-two shot mongos that dropped gems for some extra to do while people burn the bosses. It was wrapped up with a rather hilarious server message and I really appreciated it having been one of the bigger critics throughout the event.

i must say that I apologize for jumping to critique the event overall. I critiqued the spawn rate until people helped me figure out my own mongo hunting method to farm 200 catas per night. I had some hard RNG I must say considering my friends got 15 scrolls from 1-10 tries while I was probably teetering on the hundreds. But none the less I spent about 50+ hours doing the 6 hour mongo hunting and tons of time in SSNM and finally after days and hours and probably about 2k kyra's maybe even more I received it. you spoiled us a ton with the dragon scales and goldfinger tokens... beyond what we asked for or anticipated. I at first assumed it wasnt a good event because of the motes and the high population of people where I washunting and instead I got off the forums and tried even harder and put more time and effort into it. my eyes burned and i had a horrible headache from staring like a crazy person at the screen for hours on end but in the end i grinded a TON of materials and couldn't be happier. to be comppletely honest, i was having bad luck and didnt understand what to do.

My internet went out after 6 legendary mongo kills, didnt come back until 4 hours later, after the second wave and the WH spawns. Rip, sad times.

I saw this hilarious mystic died to puddle, waited until it went out, rez, instantly died right after to another darkan's puddle, waited until it went out again, goddess, run out buff and vow, died to ANOTHER darkan's puddle while in animation lock. It's gonna traumatize him for life. Cuckle warming moment right there.
