Triumphant Shout gone (Zerk and slayer)

So I log on today to find Triumphant Shout for both Zerk and Slayer have disappeared...
It's not on my skill list nor on my skill bar its just completely vanished together on both of these characters...
Does anyone else know what has happened to this skill for these classes?
